Floor Care Supervisor | 3rd Shift | Oberlin, OH

Scioto Services LLC has an immediate opening for a Floor Care Supervisor. Join an essential company to service the buildings and facilities in your community.

Job Duties:

As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail.

• Scrubbing and buffing floors
• Strip and wax floors
• Carpet Cleaning
• Implementing and adhering to a comprehensive floor schedule
• Trains assigned personnel on cleaning methods, procedures, and equipment       
• Provide work direction to personnel under the guidance of, and directed by, the manager
• Performs routine inspections of work performed
• Commits to behave in compliance with the company’s values and Code of Conduct
• Builds a culture of work safety and leads by example with one's own safe behavior.
• Maintains an inventory of cleaning products and supplies and ensures cleaning equipment is accurately inventoried and in safe working order.
• Additional tasks as needed

Hourly Rate:  $19.50

Shift: Sunday – Thursday 10:00pm - 6:30am

Physical Demands:

• Stand, bend and carry items weighing up to 50lbs
• Make repetitive movements including but not limited to bending or squatting
• Stand and walk throughout an 8-hour shift

Requirements:

• You must be 18 years old
• Minimum of 5 year of experience and Knowledge of commercial floor care, floor care products, and equipment

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in a commercial cleaning environment
• Strong employee and client focus.

• A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check, are required.
