Job Description:

Perform Phlebotomy services

Answer phones using a scripted text

Maintain a sterile office environment

Collect co-pays

Use EMR System

Schedule patient appointments

Excellent Customer service skills

Ability to multi-task and have strong communication skills

Knowledge payer sources, ability to verify insurance

Qualifications:

National Certification is a must

Must have at 1 to 2 years of experience working in a clincal setting

Experience with patients of all ages
