Job DetailsJob Location: Any Hour Group - OREM, UT 84058Travel Percentage: Up to 25%  Position Overview The Digital Marketing Strategist is a pivotal role responsible for supporting the Digital Marketing Director in managing and scaling lead generation across our growing portfolio of home service brands. This is a hands-on, data-driven role for a marketer who can execute with precision while providing strategic direction to both internal teams and external agency partners.   Success in this role means understanding the paid media landscape, identifying performance gaps, and optimizing our digital footprint to drive high-quality lead volume. The position also encompasses leading website oversight to ensure they are best-in-class, assisting the Digital Marketing Director in holding agencies accountable, and supporting regional brands to help them hit their revenue targets.    This person will be the in-house subject matter expert in paid media, website execution, and multiple digital channels - supporting our regional brands and partners.    Key Responsibilities 1. Paid Media & Performance Oversight Strategy Alignment: Partner with the Director of Digital Marketing and agencies to identify the overall strategy & gap analysis.  Execution: Identify alongside the DMD and Agencies optimization of multi-channel campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, Meta, Display, LSA, & lead aggregators).  Agency Management: Drive organization and accountability across multiple agencies; manage QA, project priorities, and execution follow-through. Analysis & Reporting: Deliver clear, actionable insights and performance of "playbooks" for leadership and Regional Marketing Managers. Testing & Innovation: Ideate and direct A/B testing strategies for creative, landing pages, and bidding models.  2. Website & Conversion Optimization Digital Excellence: Monitor website performance across the portfolio, ensuring content is updated, offers are current, and the user experience is optimized for conversion. Brand Integrations: Support "tuck-in" acquisitions by managing the integration of new websites, LSAs, and tracking continuity into the Any Hour ecosystem. 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Growth Internal Partner: Serve as a digital point of contact for Regional Marketing Managers (RMMs) to align digital spend, with seasonal needs and market shifts. You will act as the SME in this area to communicate effectively and make recommendations to the individual brand teams.  Operational Alignment: Collaborate with in-house SEO experts and content creators to ensure a holistic "One-Search" strategy. Lifecycle Marketing: Support email and SMS marketing initiatives as a secondary lead, ensuring a cohesive multi-touch customer journey. Research & Evolution: Maintain a pulse on the evolving digital ecosystem, researching new executions, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep our brands competitive. Proactively suggest new tools, including AI-driven workflows and reporting automation, to improve efficiency and ROI.   Note:  This job description is not intended to be a complete or exhaustive list of responsibilities. Data Literacy: Advanced ability to navigate paid media ad platforms and data systems to transform raw data into actionable growth insights. Project Management: Highly organized; capable of juggling multiple brands and competing deadlines without losing attention to detail. Communication: Comfortable presenting wins, challenges, and strategic shifts to stakeholders with confidence and clarity. Multi-Task Oriented: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to juggle multiple brands, projects, and competing deadlines with high attention to detail.   Nice-to-Haves, but not required: Home Services Knowledge: Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or multi-location/franchise models. PE-Backed Environment: Experience in a fast-paced "buy-and-build" or Private Equity-backed firm. Technical Familiarity: Proficiency with WordPress and Elementor.
