Are you ready to take charge of construction projects and make a real impact? We're seeking a Field Construction Manager to lead our team and ensure the successful delivery of projects.
As a Field Construction Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all Civil Works and associated financial control on our projects. This is an 18-month contract role.

Pay Range: 35$-40$ per hour

What’s the Job?
- Assess and Control Charges to the Agreed Site Design
- Ensure Compliance with Civil Works Guidelines and Schedules
- Supervise On-Site Activities and Maintain a Safe Working Environment
- Coordinate Site Activities and Ensure Alignment with Project Goals
- Drive Schedule Activities and Troubleshoot Results

What’s Needed?
- Experienced in project builds of over 100 sites
- Skilled in problem-solving and quality management
- Able to work within a given framework and time schedule
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
