Clinic Manager I\Lourdes Family Practice\40 Hours per Week\Days\Full Time\Exempt

This position manages day-to-day operations of one Phyician Clinic with approximately 7+Primary care providers and manages ancillary nursing and support staff.  The clinic manager establishes policies, procedures, standards, directs and supervises staff, provides leadership and direction, and administration of all aspects of the clinic to comply with Lourdes Health activities to ensure compliance with establish objectives.  Critical attributes required of this position are:  Strong management skills, with a continual focus on operational efficiencies and performance improvement; Exceptional interpersonal customer service with a consistent outgoing positive attitude, warm friendly joyful demeanor, and the utmost care and reverence for our guests, patients, families, customers and colleagues.

EDUCATION

1. Education:  Bachelor's Degree.  High School Diploma or equivalent required.  Post High School Training and/or education preferred.
2. Experience:  Hospital/clinic experience in supervisory position required.  Experience for specific specialty or primary clinic preferred.
3. Other:  Bilingual and/or English-Spanish speaking preferred.  Ability to work with culturally diverse population.
