Talent Acquisition Coordinator

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our TA Team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania!

Specializing in Pre-Employment Screening with additional administrative responsibilities, we are looking for someone who is committed to our core values with an emphasis on legendary service and the candidate experience.

More about the role:

  • The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will assist with Background and Drug testing for external and internal candidates across our 21 states. This includes daily monitoring of all candidates while in the background process throughout the day.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication is a must! You will be communicating daily with the candidates, recruiters, and business unit leaders.

  • This position will require computer work utilizing various HR systems including Workday, and Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.

  • In addition to adhering to strict confidentiality requirements, this position will play a key role in ensuring candidates are processed through a background check that is compliant with all state and local regulations, following a consistent process across all positions.

  • This position is located at our AAA Administration Office at 5900 Baum Blvd Pittsburgh, PA.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred

  • 1-2 years of HR experience, Talent Acquisition experience is a plus!

  • Limited knowledge of federal and state legislation regarding human resources practices preferred

  • Limited knowledge of human resource management programs and practices preferred
