Description:

Shipping Auditor

• Conduct thorough inspections of crates and packages to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Verify the contents of each crate against the provided documentation or inventory system.
• Identify any damaged or faulty crates and report them to the appropriate department.
• Maintain detailed records of audits and communicate any discrepancies or issues to management.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve auditing processes and efficiency.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
• Assist in preparing and packaging items for shipment, ensuring they are properly labeled and documented.
• Coordinate with carriers and logistics partners to schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate shipping records and update inventory systems accordingly.
• Inspect outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality, resolving any discrepancies or issues.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to optimize shipping processes and meet deadlines.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a secure and efficient shipping environment.

1st shift 7am-3:30 plus overtime- maybe stay until 5pm, some Saturdays
