Job Description:

**** Food Service Aide rate of pay $17.00- $25.79 based on experience****

Benefits are prorated for part-time positions

MAIN FUNCTION:  Prepares, Assembles and delivers patient trays.  Operates dishwasher, maintains sanitary conditions in service areas and dishroom.  Stocks food products.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: On-the-job training.  Must be able to read and write at 12th grade level.  Ability to follow directions, understand portion control and diet menu impact; apply knowledge of sanitation requirements.  Ability to safely lift and transport food products up to 50 lbs with proper body mechanics.

Note: Position is for Food Service Aide, flexibility to be reassigned to assignments different from that listed above is needed.
