Actalent is hiring medical assistants with phlebotomy skills in the Port Charlotte, FL area!
Job Description
The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a high volume of tasks including:
- rooming patients
- taking vitals
- performing phlebotomy
- preparing blood samples for lab testing
- recording patient information
This is a high-communication role, requiring frequent interaction with about 50 patients per day. The candidate must have a minimum of 6 months experience as a medical assistant, with a preference for recent experience. Phlebotomy skills are a must.

Work Environment
This position is based in an outpatient cancer facility with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8-5
