Description:
- Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs), and standard work.
- Draft and review new and revised SOPs.
- Record accurate material usage and inventory transactions for material.
- Use common laboratory equipment, including pH meters, balances, and spectrophotometers.
- Qualify raw materials and reagents.
- Prepare buffers, critical reagents, and kit components.
- Titrate antibodies determine optimal concentration.
- Synthesize gold nanoparticles.
- Execute conjugation procedure.
- Conduct newly transferred or troubleshooted conjugation protocols in tandem with R&D/QAQC.
