We are seeking 1st shift Warehouse Associates in Portland, CT!
Must Haves:
1. Scan Gun
2. 1+ Warehouse experience
3. Forklift Experience
4. 6 months Receiving experience
5. 6 months of receiving computer experience
Hours:
Mon - Fri - 8:30am - 5:00pm
Job Responsibilities:
-Receiving
- In charge of checking the packing slip from FedEx or UPs
- Check in the PO into the computer system, and confirm all the product that is on the slip is in the order
- If there is any product missing, input that into the computer system as well
-Kitting/Assembling
- There are some orders that require taking some parts out of boxes and placing them into another
- For example: if there is an extra or additional rack, or bar that is required for a light fixture the employee will need to assemble a special kit for certain locations
