Description:
- Processing incoming raw materials and samples into the QA Analytical lab
- Preparing samples for and running GC, Density, viscosity and pH testing on malt and food ingredients
- Entering data in LIMS, SAGE, and Grainsmart computer systems
- Perform minor statistical analysis on data and generating reports
- Work with Technical Director and Lab Manager on all QA testing for the use of raw materials and release of product.
- Special projects and investigations as assigned to support the manufacturing.
- Ensure proper documentation and HACCP controls
- Maintain the lab as needed, stock and order supplies, clean glassware and oversee the lab overall.

Skills & Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Scientific Discipline
- 6 months experience with chem lab techniques
- Strong communication skills in small team environments verified by references
