2nd SHIFT SANITIATION LEAD OPENING!!!!
***Must have HACCP and Food Manufacturing Experience*** 2nd shift 3pm-1130pm!!!
MUST BE OPEN TO WORKING WEEKENDS!!!
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in Food Manufacturing and/or Food Services
- Leadership/Supervisory Experience
- Experience with process improvement
- Ability to manage a team, while remaining hands on
- Getting to the root cause of sanitation issues
- HS Diploma/GED
- Able to lift up to 75lb repeatedly during an entire shift
Description:
- Leading a crew of approximately 28 sanitation associates
- Hands on position that requires detailed disassembly and assembly of large scale bakery production equipment.
- Following master sanitation schedules
- Responsible for supporting and assisting the Sanitation Supervisor
- Train, Motivate and Ensure production and quality standards are being met
