Our RNAs actively incorporates the company’s “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” assists residents in various therapeutic activities designed to aid them regain more independent lives, especially after injury or illness. Develops awareness of residents’ interests and needs, and assists residents to maximize their independence and participation. Creates a safe environment in which to provide direct resident care and assist in residents’ activities of daily living. Performs basic Certified Nursing Assistant duties as well as helping residents gain an improved quality of life by increasing their level of strength and mobility through rehabilitation and restorative nursing care. Duties and assignments may be adjusted at the discretion of the Director of Nursing Services and/or designee.

Hourly Range $19-24
To be successful in the role, you would have:
- Certified Nursing Assistant ? RNA certificate or currently enrolled in program
- Prior CNA and RNA or caregiving experience preferred
- CPR certification
- New grads are welcome!
