Our Client in Reidsville is looking for a Die Cutter Operator and a Off Set Folder Gluer Machine Operator

Must have Manufacturing Experience with a machine operator skills set

Will run the Gravure machines-manage change overs, machine start ups and shut downs

Stable work history is a must

Abiity to pass Drug screen adn Background check  

Must be able to work the designated shift - 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts-can expect overtime, this is the Offset Dept.

Job Description:

 Comply with all 5S and World Class Manufacturing initiatives (Cross Training, moving to 
the work). 
 Participates in on-the-job training and instruction to learn other job tasks.Lead all aspects of operations of Folder-Gluer/Stamper/Die Cutter lines including 
changeovers, machine start-up, shut down, troubleshooting, adjustments, clearing jams, 
and monitoring operations while maintaining speed and quality. 
 Preform preventative maintenance of Folder-Gluer/Stamper/Die Cutter machine(s). 
 Run all jobs in accordance with customer specification, manufacturing specification, print 
specification, color folders and standard operating procedures paying particular attention 
to prevent and eliminate costly errors. 
 Review completed jobs for quality and accuracy making sure jobs are complete, error free 
and that the finished product exceeds customer expectations. 
 Ensure all appropriate paperwork is filled out accurately and completely. This includes, but 
is not limited to; production reports, job verification sheets, ink usage sheets, QA reports,

Experience operating one or more machines including a Folder-Gluer and Die Cutter.

Machines we have onsite include a Bobst 104 Die 
Cutter, Sprintera 106 Die Cutter, Bobst Alpina Folder-Gluer, Bobst Donimo 
Folder-Gluer and a Bobst Hot Foil Stamper.
