Shift: 7:00 pm- 7:00 am, 2,2,3 Schedule 
Location: Riverside MO

Are you a hands-on leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We are looking for a Production Lead to provide daily leadership and support on our production floor. In this role, you will help ensure our bottling lines operate safely, efficiently, and meet the highest standards for quality and customer satisfaction.

Working closely with the Production Supervisor, you'll play a key role in employee training, safety, production performance, and continuous improvement initiatives. If you are dependable, team-oriented, and ready to take the next step in your manufacturing career, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

As a Production Lead, you will:

Support production line start-ups, changeovers, operations, and shutdowns

Help ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements are achieved

Train new and existing team members using approved procedures, work instructions, and operating standards

Provide day-to-day coaching, guidance, and support to production employees

Assist with employee performance evaluations by sharing observations and feedback

Verify that all production and quality checks are completed accurately and on time

Report equipment issues, downtime, quality concerns, safety incidents, and injuries promptly

Promote a culture of safety by reinforcing GMPs, PPE requirements, housekeeping standards, and safe work practices

Support continuous improvement efforts to reduce waste, downtime, and production delays

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Perform additional duties as assigned

What We're Looking For


Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees and management
  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime when needed
  • Consistent record of meeting company expectations for attendance, quality, safety, and performance

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of manufacturing or production experience
  • Previous experience training, coaching, or leading employees
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work well within a team environment

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to:

  • Stand and walk for extended periods
  • Frequently bend, stoop, push, and pull
  • Lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Communicate verbally throughout the workday
  • Work around moving production equipment and machinery
  • Work in wet, humid, hot, cold, and noisy manufacturing environments
  • Wear required PPE, including hearing protection
