Description:
Responsibilities:
- Maintain aseptic cell cultures, ensuring their viability and health.
- Monitor cell lines, troubleshoot issues, and optimize growth conditions.
- Perform immunocytochemistry assays to detect specific proteins or markers within cells.
- Analyze and interpret immunostaining results.
- Extract DNA from various biological samples for quantitative PCR (qPCR) analysis.
- Ensure sample integrity and accurate quantification.
- Review and validate BioAnalytical Data Packets, ensuring compliance with GCLP (Good Clinical Laboratory Practice) and non-GXP (non-Good X Practice) standards.
- Verify data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Prepare protocols, reports, and data tables summarizing experimental findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate results effectively.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology).
- Proficiency in aseptic cell culture techniques.
- Understanding of immunocytochemistry principles and practical experience.
- Detail-oriented personality with strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with BioAnalytical Methods (PK, IM, LCMS, PCR).
- Ability to interpret and analyze scientific data accurately.
- Experience working in a regulated environment (e.g., pharmaceutical, biotech, or clinical research).
- Knowledge of GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) and GCP (Good Clinical Practice) guidelines.
