Bioanalytical contractor that will be working for 2 groups under the R&D umbrella. The scope of the role will be split between Cell Culture work and the Bioanalytical side of things. Here is some high level background on the position:1. Describe in just a few sentences the day-to-day activity of the role. Maintain cell culture and perform immunocytochemistry; DNA isolation for qPCR. QC of BioAnalytical Data Packets, Protocols, reports, and data Tables (GCLP and non-GXP).2. What education is required? BS3. What skills are required? Aseptic cell culture; understanding of immunocytochemistry; detail attentive personality. Knowledge of BioAnalytical Methods (PK, IM, LCMS, PCR) and interpretation of data.4. How many hours per week do you anticipate this person needing to be onsite? 40 hours split between the two groups5. What is the duration needed? 6 months 6. Is there a set schedule per day you need the person here (i.e. 8-5)? 9 - 5 . 9-57. Once a temp is identified, would you like to talk to that person via phone? Yes. Yes, and possibly others in the team, maybe even as a group if easier.8. Any other type of interview process needed? And if so, who? See #7.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
BS or Masters in a Life Science Discipline. No PhDSkills: Aseptic cell culture; understanding of immunocytochemistry; detail attentive personality. Knowledge of BioAnalytical Methods (PK, IM, LCMS, PCR) and interpretation of data.For Kwi-Hye this is a lab role and cell culture is most important, detail oriented, plating cells, maintaining cells, no contamination, treating with stimulant for fixation Best candidate has primary or stem cell experience but not required. Person has to be flexible, the collaborate with other teams often.*Kwi-Hye would like us to ask this pre screen question*: What would you do when the cells look different from what you have seen before?For Dan on the Bioanalytical side, they will be validating methods (GCLP) for sample testing, QC'ing data being generated, may help with buffer prep and cell culture but more on the documentation side for this group. Someone with lab background is very applicable and a plus would be LIMs experience, they use Labvantage.Someone who is willing to learn, open minded, willing ot adapt (all companies do things a little differently) be able to change gears and know when working under GCLP it's highly regulated and documentation has to be done correctly.
