This is a developmental program for graduate nurses who want to develop multiple and varied clinical skills in multiple nursing specialties.
This position requires participation in a guided training and developmental program.
- Will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide safe and competent patient care.
- Will specifically, assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct nursing care to assigned patients.
- Will also assume responsibility for the supervision of staff to which nursing care is appropriately delegated.
Required: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (Bachelors or Masters degree)
Required: Must have a temporary authorization to practice as a graduate nurse under the direct supervision of a registered nurse by law, regulation in state of practice or policy. CPR.
