Job Summary:

As an ITCD Clinical Partner, you will play a vital role in shaping clinical excellence, supporting and developing staff, and ensuring individuals receive coordinated, compassionate, and effective care. In this role, you are responsible for the daily clinical and operational oversight of assigned programs. You will plan, organize, and direct client care; provide clinical leadership and supervision to team members; and ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and quality standards. You will collaborate closely with internal leadership, community partners, and referral sources to deliver integrated, client-centered services that support recovery and long-term wellness.

Key Responsibilities:
· Lead daily clinical operations to ensure high-quality, ethical, and effective substance use disorder and behavioral health services
· Provide clinical oversight and guidance to multidisciplinary team members, promoting best practices and client-centered care
· Facilitate weekly clinical case staffings, diagnostic disposition meetings, and team meetings
· Conduct intakes and provide individual, family, and group therapy as required by program needs
· Review clinical documentation, progress notes, and client records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance
· Monitor service delivery to ensure appropriate frequency, intensity, and clinical justification of services
· Develop and manage program schedules that meet client needs while respecting client rights and responsibilities
· Coordinate care and collaborate with community partners, referral sources, and external agencies
· Ensure timely completion of reports to referral sources and leadership as needed
· Oversee transition and discharge planning for all clients
· Monitor program budgets, review units of service, and collaborate with leadership on fiscal projections
· Schedule staff to ensure uninterrupted program coverage and respond to after-hours crisis situations as needed
· Participate in quality management activities, including audits, performance improvement initiatives, and quarterly reporting
· Promote a team-based approach to communication, addressing concerns and implementing improvement plans
· Ensure safe, clean, and well-maintained environments including facilities, vehicles, and program resources
· Carry out additional duties as assigned by Program Director, Vice President, or Executive Leadership

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
· Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, psychiatric nursing, or a closely related field with at least three (3) years of professional experience in substance use disorder or behavioral health treatment and one (1) year of supervisory experience OR
· Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, psychiatric nursing, or a closely related field with at least four (4) years of professional experience in substance use disorder or behavioral health treatment and two (2) years of supervisory experience
· Qualified Addiction Professional (QAP) certification through the Missouri Credentialing Board, Inc. or applicable state board with four (4) years of professional experience and three (3) years of supervisory experience OR
· Counselor, psychologist, or physician licensed in Missouri with at least one (1) year of professional experience and one (1) year of supervisory experience in substance use disorder treatment
· Must meet criteria as a Qualified Mental Health Professional under Missouri regulations, including appropriate licensure, education, and supervised experience

Additional Qualifications:
· Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance
· Ability to effectively supervise, train, and coach clinical staff
· Strong knowledge of clinical best practices, regulations, and accreditation standards
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to collaborate with leadership, community partners, and multidisciplinary teams
· Must attain and maintain all required certifications, licenses, and ongoing training as required by regulation and policy

Physical Requirements
· Perform sedentary work, exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally
· Sit for extended periods with occasional walking or standing
· Use repetitive hand, finger, and arm movements for typing and documentation
· Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
