Marsden Central seeks a highly motivated individual who can lead others for an Area Manager position. This Area manager position will oversee multiple accounts throughout the SW area. It requires some weekend flexibility and additional customer background checks, and being bilingual is a plus.
Shift: Monday - Friday 3 PM- 11 PM (approximately) + plus a monthly car allowance
Will cover the territories: Southwest MN and Minneapolis
Seeking candidate with management and customer service experience, strong communication skills, multi-unit leadership, budgeting, and key metric experience. Preferably with labor management and PnL ownership.
Core Responsibilities-
Train employees on assigned job duties.
Complete safety audits and conduct safety training.
Responsible for all aspects of customer engagement and satisfaction.
Identify and mentor employees to develop the next generation of leaders.
Assigns tasks to associates and inspects completed work to ensure company standards are met.
Resolves employee problems or will refer matters to Operations Manager.
Investigate customer complaints, place customer complaint follow-up call, document findings and communicate a recommended action plan to the Operations Manager.
Conducts building inspections to maintain a quality level that meets the customer's and the company's standards.
Follow and enforce all company policies.
Account Manager will need to be flexible in their time schedule, and have their own vehicle. Will need to be on call in case of an emergency at the building. Some computer knowledge is necessary. Past Supervisory experience preferable. Very good communication skills and written skills are essential.
