Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer II
Location: Arden Hills, MN
Pay Range: $40-45/hr

What’s the Job?
- Partner with global suppliers to manage projects and meet production goals.
- Identify and lead cost-saving initiatives within the supply chain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supplier processes.
- Lead problem-solving efforts to ensure quality and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with quality policies and regulations.
 What’s Needed?
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in a related field.
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time (preferred).
- Experience working with suppliers or in supply chain management (preferred).
- Experience in the medical device industry (a plus).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
