Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer II

Location: Arden Hills, MN

Pay Range: $40-45/hr

 

What’s the Job?

  • Partner with global suppliers to manage projects and meet production goals.
  • Identify and lead cost-saving initiatives within the supply chain.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supplier processes.
  • Lead problem-solving efforts to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Ensure compliance with quality policies and regulations.

 What’s Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time (preferred).
  • Experience working with suppliers or in supply chain management (preferred).
  • Experience in the medical device industry (a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
