Marketing and Sales Assistant

• Assist in the execution of group sales, special events and marketing events. 
• Answer incoming group sales calls and refer leads to appropriate sales representative. 
• General office duties such as copying, filing, faxing and general correspondence. 
• Assist with execution of group sales direct mail campaigns.
• Fulfillment of all collateral requests.
• Work closely with corporate shared services and ticket office in fulfilling/processing group orders.
• Work closely with sales, events & execution team to assist with client servicing and program administration.
• Assist with other areas of the marketing department as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED: 

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Theme park or guest services experience preferred. (not required)
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred. (not required)
• Ability to work a flexible shift, including most weekends and holidays
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Must possess superior communication skills.
• Act as a responsible member of our park team to our guests, providing assistance as needed.
• Requires continuous standing and walking.
• Ability to carry up to 30 pounds.
• Frequently works outside within the park and closely with others.

• May perform other duties beyond scope of above as necessary to support the park as a whole
• Reports to Marketing Department Leadership
