Microbiological Testing: Examples - Standard Plate Count, Yeast and Mold, Coliform, E.coli, Staphylococcus, Listeria, Salmonella
All test methods are traditional BAM or AOAC approved methods
Calibration of Lab Equipment
Skills:
Microbiology, Food Science, Nutrition, HACCP, SQF, BRC, Aseptic Technique
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree Microbiology (Prefer people from La Crosse, Oshkosh, Madison or University of Minnesota) Will Consider someone with a Bachelors in Science Lab skills such as Serial Dilutions, Gram Staining and Aseptic Technique
