As a Product Development Project Manager_Lead within the Project Management department, you'll be the shepherd guiding complex projects from concept to successful launch. Pay Range: $ 50-54/hr

What's the Job?
- Lead and manage high-complexity product development projects from inception to launch.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Oversee project execution, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to ensure on-time completion.
- Foster collaboration across engineering, design, and manufacturing teams.
- Analyze project performance and recommend process improvements for continuous optimization.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (minimum).
- 8+ years of experience in product development project management (experience from electrical engineering within product development.¡)
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with a leadership mindset.
