Education/Work Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration or related field, graduation from an accredited school of nursing, and six years of progressively responsible related work experience that demonstrates attainment of the requisite job knowledge/abilities, including three years in a supervisory or management capacity. Clinical knowledge as a Registered Nurse in critical care or a similar specialty area required.
An equivalent amount of additional qualifying work experience may be substituted for up to two years of the education requirement.
Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
