Wage: $21.63 per hour
Shift: 1st
Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm

QPS is actively recruiting for qualified candidates to fill this client’s welding roles! Welder Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Weld components in various positions.
- Lay out, position, align, and secure parts and assemblies prior to welding, using straightedges, squares, clamps and fixtures.
- Receive instructions, blueprints, and work orders for the job.
- Examine work to check for defects.
- Record materials used, and time spent on job.
- Mig and Tig weld pieces to form product being manufactured.
- Operate forklift/crane (only after training and certification).
Welder Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 60# on occasion, team lift/crane over 60#.
- Must have previous welding experience (MIG and/or TIG)
- Prolonged Standing, Bending, Squatting for 8hr - 12 hr. shifts.
- Preform physical labor for extended periods of time.
- Work in hot-cold environments (50 degrees - 100 degree) weather depending on the season.
- Candidates must have a proven track record of several years of solid work history. Please include details of your work experience on your resume.
- Must have previous welding experience (MIG and/or TIG)
- Great attention to detail.
- Read a tape measure.
- Attendance is CRITICAL.
