Description:
Help veterinarians out with samples and animal procedures
Set up animal rooms (clean and disinfect rooms before and after studies)
Monitoring of routine and room cleaning during live phase of study
Collect protocol specific research data in accordance
Good documentation practices
Oversee animals health and well being
Husbandry work
Complete reporting and administrative duties within the assigned guidelines
Attention to detail and being a problem solver
Being able to perform physical activities and can lift 50+ LBS
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Associates or bachelors within animal science is preferred but not required
Experience working with animals (both large and small)
