The purpose of the drafter is to prepare and provide detailed drawings of specific bridge bearings for SRC manufacturing.
Pay Rate: Earn up to $27/hr.
Available Shift Times:
- First Shift: Monday – Friday, 7am – 3:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- This individual will be responsible for creating shop/fabrication drawings with Inventor / AutoCAD Mechanical Desktop for fabricated industrial products
- All other duties or responsibilities as required by immediate supervisor/manager
- Office work environment
- Long periods of sitting and computer work
- Periodically must access the manufacturing shop floor
- Operate computer
- Proficient in Inventor / AutoCAD
- 5+ years of recent industrial drafting experience
- Completion of a Drafting Technology Program or Associates degree preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and good math skills
- Must be proficient in reading blueprint drawings
- Experience with manufacturing would be helpful but not necessary
