• Write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Chemistry equipment calibration, cleaning, operation, and maintenance.
• Perform inventory for Chemistry chemicals and consumables.
• Creation of chemical hygiene plans.
• Collaborate with external vendors for equipment preventive maintenance and calibration.
• Review & approve investigations for determination of root cause, corrections, and corrective/preventative actions for deviations, excursions, and audit findings.
• Review of generated Chemistry raw data and approval of final reports.
• Develop staff to perform proper Root Cause Analysis and investigations.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
• 3-5 years’ experience in Quality Control Chemistry or Quality Assurance with a Chemistry focus.
• Strong technical writing skills of procedures, policies, and work instructions.
• Ability to work independently.
