Onsite in Tarrytown, NY
Description:
Expansion and preparation of primary mouse embryonic fibroblasts.
Expansion and cryopreservation of human iPSCs.
Contribute to lab and equipment upkeep to maintain an effective and efficient working environment.
Skills:
mammalian cell culture, stem cell, molecular biology, DNA, RNA, in vivo, iPSCs
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology or related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience with growth and maintenance of mammalian cell cultures using aseptic techniques.
Prior experience maintaining mouse ES cells, human iPSCs and electroporation of mammalian cells preferable
Experience Level:
