Description:
Assist with maintaining and updating quality management system (QMS)
Support chemists to make sure following iso 9001 standards
Run investigations and handle CAPAs
Develop, implement, and maintain an ISO 9001
Develop and perform relevant training in support of the Quality Management System
Lead and manage the customer complaints process including investigation and resolution
Work on continuous improvement efforts with chemists
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
BS in a science concentration- chemistry would be best, but open
5 years in quality role specifically following iso 9001 standards
Experience handling CAPAs and Audits
