Description:
- Assist with maintaining and updating quality management system (QMS)
- Support chemists to make sure following iso 9001 standards
- Run investigations and handle CAPAs
- Develop, implement, and maintain an ISO 9001
- Develop and perform relevant training in support of the Quality Management System
- Lead and manage the customer complaints process including investigation and resolution
- Work on continuous improvement efforts with chemists

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- BS in a science concentration- chemistry would be best, but open
- 5 years in quality role specifically following iso 9001 standards
- Experience handling CAPAs and Audits
