Description:
- Assist with maintaining and updating quality management system (QMS)
- Support onsite chemists to ensure adherence to iso 9001 standards
- Run investigations from deviations and handle CAPAs
- Develop, implement, and maintain an ISO 9001
- Develop and perform relevant training in support of the Quality Management System
- Lead and manage the customer complaints process including investigation and resolution
- Work on continuous improvement efforts with chemists
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- BS in a science concentration (preferred Chemistry focus)
- 5 years previous experience in a quality role following ISO 9001 standards
- Previous experience handling CAPAs and Audits
