Position Summary:
Directs the department's activities and resources to achieve departmental and organizational objectives. This is a Leadership position which assures the delivery of patient care with the skills of an experienced Registered Nurse.Â
Reports to: COO (& Nursing Administration)
FLSA: Â Exempt
Minimum Qualifications:
x High school diploma or equivalent â–¡ Preferred x Required
x Associate’s degree □ Preferred x Required
x Bachelor’s degree x Preferred □ Required
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
BLS Required upon hire
Licenses: Arizona State RN licensure (or compact state) on hire
