Registered nurse is responsible for assisting in examinations and treatment of patients under the direction of a physician. Full time position. Available benefits include paid time off; education assistance; and medical, dental, vision, retirement and other insurance options.
Duties
• Interviews patients, measures vital signs, and records information on patients’ charts.
• Consistently coordinates with co-workers and physicians in regards to patient care requirements.
• May be required to draw and collect blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for analysis.
• Prepares treatment rooms for examination of patients.
• Helps front desk with phones and patient questions or concerns as needed.
• Performs plan of care intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, as well as other medical care treatment.
• Documents patient care given.
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate to care team, physician, patient, and family.
Registered Nurse license to practice in the state of Utah
