Principal Accountabilities
- Completing preventative, predictive and reactive industrial maintenance through facility
- Operating standard maintenance tools such as power tools, hand tools, electric tools,precision maintenance tools, preventative maintenance technology tools, etc.
- Utilizing maintenance trades and components such as basic electrical, welding,
- pipefitting, fabrication, gearbox and bearing maintenance, lubrication, pumps and piping
- systems, mechanical maintenance, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Modify/Build/Install equipment based on reading and comprehending
- electrical/mechanical schematics, blueprints and/or operating manuals
- Ensuring food safety and quality
- Operating forklifts, loaders, scissor lifts, and aerial lifts
- Continuous Improvement and peer discussions/interactions
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without via sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to work with hand tools
- General education and/or entry level experience in Maintenance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient in industrial maintenance education or related experience
- Previous Cargill experience
- Work history for past 12 months
- Previous manufacturing maintenance experience
