Principal Accountabilities
- Lift/handle raw/cooked meats weighing up to 30 lbs. (stripping and stripping logs, boxing product, etc.)
- Properly weighing, labeling, bagging, packaging, and boxing finished productĀ
- Ensure food safety and quality
- Housekeeping and maintenance
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Basic mathematical ability (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division)
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to work outside of normal shift, including weekends and off-shift hours as needed
Preferred Qualifcations
- Previous food manufacturing experience
- Previous leadership experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Production experience
- Work history within the last 12 months
