Description:
Perform test method development for photometric, colorimetric, absorbance, and spectrometric analysis and UV-VIS spectroscopy per customer applications
Develop, maintain, and adjust analytical chemistry test methods for the analyzers
Improve and implement test method processes, reagent based testing processes, etc. into their analyzers
Work with engineers to incorporate the test methods into the analyzing equipment
Manage and improve the documentation process to approve test methods and ensure products are ready for sale
Support and assist with the reagent and consumable business such as making reagents for customers
Assist with the improvement and modification of next generation products
Communicate test methods, improvements, changes, etc. to sales personnel, field service technicians, and any other internal personnel

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
2+ years of analytical chemistry experience
2+ years of test method development experience
2+ years of UV-VIS spectroscopy, photometric, colorimetric, absorbance, or spectrometric analysis/chemistry
Bachelor's or Master's degree within the sciences
