Description:
Support technical service team:
Sample preparation
Will mix samples based off of recipes and SOPs
Will prepare wet Samples
Will weigh ingredients
Will perform repetitive drawdowns of samples
Will perform automated tests on products that will show different measurements that are critical to testing the performance of products
Could be doing upwards of 200 samples in a week
Will record data based off of physical properties including color, dry performance, gloss, etc…
Will document results in an online lab notebook
Will work within PowerPoint and excel to create graphs, charts, and findings of test results
Will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Will assist with raw materials and supply inventory management
Will participate in further education that company provides including trains and courses that are used to help build product knowledge.

Chemistry, laboratory, Sample, microsoft powerpoint, microsoft office, coatings, additives, Data entry, Quality control, Labelling, Wet chemistry
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry PREFERRED (Will take B.S in other sciences as long as they have Chemistry Coursework, Gen Chem I, Gen Chem II with labs)
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
Must be able to interface with customers and have an ambitious personality
Must be able to work with in a team and collaborate with others
