Job Description:
- The Quality Micro Technician is responsible for overseeing the day to day micro lab operations including the implementation and monitoring of quantitative and qualitative microbiological testing activities to facilitate compliance with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Adhere to food quality and food safety as per quality standards and/or Safe Quality Food requirements.
- Ensure all product, ingredient and environment samples are collected and analysis is completed per the company schedule.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Food/Beverage Laboratory preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality lab setting.
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and SQF (certification ideal).
