Description:
Monitor and review the inspection and daily quality control activities for incoming materials, work in-process, and finalinspections and testing of finish products, to meet specification and quality standardsTest and process all raw materials, intermediates and finished goods samples in a timely manner.Perform QA floor audits, analysis, etc.Document test results as required by the BakeMark Bakery Products quality control testing procedures.Evaluate test results and communicating deviations from the product specifications to the QA Supervisor and operators.Collect samples: raw materials, intermediates and finished goods to submit for microbial testing and evaluation atcontract labs.Data entry into various systems and spreadsheets for QA program reporting.Bake samples in lab.Perform pre-op and changeover inspections (including collecting ATP swabs) as required.Enter test data and release products in ERP (OLX) system.
