Description:
ā¢ Accurately and contemporaneously records data into Maximo the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
ā¢ Follows instructions in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
ā¢ Perform calibration as assigned on daily/weekly basis.
ā¢ Performs calibration on analytical scales, balances.
ā¢ Performs calibration on pressure related equipment (gauges, switches, transmitters, transducers, etc.)
ā¢ Performs calibration on temperature related equipment (cold rooms, environmental areas, RTDs, thermocouples, probes, freezers, etc.)
ā¢ Ability to lift 50 lb. (20 kg) of weight to perform calibration on scales, SUMs, tanks. Repeat the process to meet the full range.
ā¢ Provides support to Metrology team by offering an additional set of hands and relay status of indicators, switches, valves, or other items.
ā¢ Assists the āRapid Responseā team to assess, triage, and repair unplanned Metrology activities.
ā¢ Properly gowns when entering cleanroom environments.
ā¢ Wears appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), as required.
