Reed Business Support are working with a fantastic and progressive business in Aberdeen that are on the hunt for an immediately available Resourcing Coordinator to join their business on a temporary to permanent contract!

Role: Resourcing Coordinator

Location: Aberdeen

Contract Type: Temp to Perm

Hours: 8am-4pm (with hybrid working available)

Key duties and responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to:

Recruitment

  • Sourcing candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline/database.
  • Screening candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings.
  • Sending CV’s to relevant manager for review / Approval.
  • Ensuring all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Attending weekly and monthly resourcing and client calls/meetings.

Training / Administration

  • Book hotels / accommodation / travel as and when required to help the training / Logistics department.
  • Assist Training co-ordinator with any course bookings required as and when applicable.

General

  • Make sure the certification planner is up to date.
  • Upkeep of current and new personal records.

The Person

  • Recruitment Administration/Coordination experience preferred – ideally in an offshore environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable making decisions independently
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
  • Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing channels.
