Accounts Assistant

Our client a growing business based in North Wales is looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant

Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, your key responsibilities would be as follows:

Finance - Main Tasks

• Bank and invoice finance reconciliations
• Debtor control
• Process purchase invoices
• Raise purchase orders
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Processes sales orders
• Raise sales invoices
• Assist with management accounts
• Assist with VAT returns
• Posting journals
• Assist with meeting weekly, monthly and quarterly deadlines
• Liaising with customers and suppliers via phone and email
• Generating ad-hoc customer and supplier reports

Qualifications & experience

• AAT Qualified or equivalent (Part-Qualified candidates will also be considered)
• Relevant Bookkeeping or Accounts experience
• Sage line 50 experience
• Good Excel skills

Sage is ESSENTIAL - the role is onsite.
