Overview:

Are you a highly motivated and experienced Process Development Technologist with a PHD or Masters degree in Chemical Engineering?

Do you have a minimum of 3-5 years experience as a Process Technologist within the Chemical Manufacturing field?

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the New Product Development initiatives related to the MFT stage gate processes as well as coordinate lab-based colleagues working on behalf of MFT.
  • Support the integration of digitalized approaches in technical work, enhancing our capabilities through lab rig automation and data-rich reactions.
  • Contribute to a fundamental understanding of existing products and processes, such as cost structure and bill of materials.
  • Demonstrate the ability to think creatively and apply knowledge from other areas to the projects and processes under your supervision.
  • Ensure the scalability of processes by supporting plant trials at third-party locations and providing technical input for efficient root cause analysis.
