Description
Key responsibilities of the Office Administrator/Receptionist include:
* Responsible for smooth and effective day to day administration and processes.* Responsible for the office, providing a safe and effective working space for employees and a welcoming environment for clients.* Answering all incoming general phone enquiries.* Diary management for CEO and CFO.* Assistance with international travel bookings for the Exec team.* Inbox management.* Managing the reception area, including welcoming customers and guests.* Distribution and management of IT equipment for new and existing employees, including the creation of access fobs.* Other duties including clearing the boardroom when required, maintaining the kitchen, answering the door to clients, etc.
Profile
The successful Office Administrator/Receptionist will be able to:
* Communicate concisely and effectively, both verbally and in writing.* Confident - over the phone and face to face.* Capable of prioritising workload.* Be computer literate (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel).* Enthusiastic attitude, professional manner, and quick learner.* Good attention to detail and accurate keyboard skills.* Absorb training and instructions to work independently.* Have a pleasant and friendly style - a real relationship builder.* Be a team player, willing to adapt to new challenges and changes and help colleagues when required.* Previous administrative/office experience is desirable, but not essential.
