Responsibilities:
- Manage the office day-to-day.
- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services.
- Plan and order catering supplies.
- Assist with administration of finance, company secretarial and HR tasks.
- Assist the Exec team with diary planning and scheduling.
- Organise team activities and events.
- Contribute to our professional social media channels.
Experience:
- Strong interpersonal skills and enjoy engaging with others at all levels of seniority.
- Well-organised and able to prioritise effectively and respond to business priorities.
- Proactive and autonomous, you identify and solve day-to-day issues.
- A working knowledge of MS office tools.
- Diligent, and carry out your duties in a timely and deliberate manner as well as responding with calmness to unplanned events.
