- Apprentice trained with a minimum of 2 years across electrical and mechanical.
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in mechanical and electrical maintenance.
- Level 3 in Electrical Installation 18th Edition is desirable but not essential.
- Experience with fault finding.
- Forklift Truck Licence and desirable IPAF Licence.
- Experience maintaining motors, trimmers and/or blades.
- Maintenance and Repair of all machinery onsite.
- Work closely and support any external engineers / 3rd Parties.
- Involved in all new projects within the manufacturing site as the business acquires new production machinery to expand.

- Hands on approach to your work is absolutely key.
- A strong interest to build your career as a Maintenance Engineer and have a flexible approach to adapt your skills to support the business with additional responsibilities i.e. small amount of building maintenance engineering if required and 10% of the role will be Electrical Engineering.
- Positive attitude coupled with strong communication skills to work cross functionally across all departments.
