Description
The duties include:
- Allocate revenue to owners and third party stakeholders and produce supporting statements
- Arrange and process owner payments in accordance with revenue/statements.
- Monthly accounts preparation for individual sites.
- Coordinate monthly P&L performance review calls with the Operations Management team
- Effective accrual/prepayment management.
- Communicate with Site Managers in relation to operational performance.
- Work alongside the Senior Finance Manager and support with additional tasks as required .
Profile
The successful candidate MUST:
- Have experience in a similar role - Essential
- Be looking to develop experience and progress - Essential
- Have experience with Profit and loss analysis - Essential
- Be an excellent communicator - Essential
- Have a strong attention to detail - Essential
Job Offer
This role is looking to pay to to £37,000 + Hybrid home working + Parking + Pension + Progression
